Consequences of Bad Driving
Do you speed when you are running late? Choose not to wear your seat belt because it’s not the cool thing to do? Get into the driver’s seat after drinking or taking drugs?
If you do any of these things, you could end up injured, in jail or worse -- you could kill yourself or someone else.
A Florida teen learned his lesson the easy way when he was caught going over 100 mph in a 55 mph zone. When his mother found out, she took his car away and made the 16 year-old stand outside of his school before and after school for a month holding a sign that read,
“I was stupid and drove over 100 mph and got caught. Thank God! I could have killed me and my friends.”
Embarrassing? Absolutely. Deadly? Thankfully no.
Take the wheel so someone else won’t have to.
